Need Help Organizing? Don’t be Embarrassed! Let’s Chat Virtually.

As we have seen recently, there’s almost nothing you can’t do virtually. People all over the world are running their businesses right from their homes – news programs, television shows, schools and businesses have all transitioned to working remotely. And they’re having such success!

That’s what inspired me to put some information out there about my virtual organizing services. If I’m unable to meet with you in your home, I have a way to for you to use my services remotely. Organizing is my passion. And while we’re all spending a lot more time at home these days, I would love to help you get your home in order. I can help you create a more conducive workspace, declutter to give you some peace of mind, and create the organizing systems of your dreams!

Don’t be embarrassed

I hear this all the time. People are too embarrassed or nervous to show me what they’re dealing with at home. But let me be frank: your clutter is my job security! I see an opportunity to change your life where you just see a mess.

I have so much respect for people who reach out to me and ask for help. I know how hard it can be to take that first step and say, “You know what? I can’t do this alone.” It takes a lot of courage for folks whether they just have a couple of messy areas in their home or are overwhelmed by clutter in every room.

Organization is what I love to do! It makes me so excited when I see the progress that my clients make throughout their journey to organization. I have the utmost respect and love for the folks who are reaching out to get the help they need to make their lives better.

Let’s go through what a virtual organizing session looks like:

Schedule your consultation & choose a virtual platform
First, we will set up a time that works for you. Go to pinkyjackson.com to select a date and time for our organizing session. I recommend a video call (I use Zoom) so we can organize with audio and video. If you have never used Zoom before, it is free to sign up and simple to use (once you get used to it; I will help you if need it.) If you prefer, we can do a phone call or an email exchange. You’d be surprised what we can accomplish without me having to see your space!

If you choose to go with a video call, I will call you at our appointment time and we will spend a few minutes getting acquainted. I will have you give me a little tour of your home or whatever spaces we’re going to be organizing. It doesn’t have to be the whole thing, just whatever you are comfortable showing or we can focus in on the problem areas.

I might ask you to stop, turn, zoom in, back up, etc. Just a few directives so I’m able to tell exactly what you’re working with. And, if I can “meet” any housemates you may have, that would be great!

Phone call.  If you want to have a chat on the phone, making progress is totally doable. Like I said, there’s no reason to be embarrassed about the state of your home, but if you prefer a conversation that includes only audio guidance, it works!

If you feel comfortable with it, you can absolutely email me photos of your space so that I can picture what you have in front of you. Otherwise, we can have a detailed conversation about what you’re looking at and how to go about organizing it.

Email. For some people, email is just the most convenient way to chat. After you book your session at pinkyjackson.com, your next step is to email me photos and/or videos of your space and tell me what you want help with.  A good back-and-forth will be enough for me to help you out!

Photos. Your photos and videos remain confidential within the confines of my team. I never post client photos without their permission. Although we take before, during and after photos to ensure our project is moving along the way you want it to, posting “before and after” compilations are not part of my currentprocess.

Establish a connection

Whether you choose to go with a video call, phone call, or email, the first thing I’ll do is take a little bit of time to get to know you. I’m really big on this because I want to establish a strong connection. It’s important to me that you know how much I care and am completely dedicated to helping you.

Another reason why I like to establish a strong connection is because I want to be able to tailor my suggestions to your unique situation. I don't do the same thing for every single person, because every single person is different. Their styles, habits, personalities, needs, priorities, volume and resources - everything is a little bit different.

I want to create a vision with you of what you want your space to look like. What are you manifesting for your home or business? What are your goals, short-term and long-term?

We will customize a plan and be flexible and adapt as we're executing that plan to give you the most efficient process and best outcome. The most important thing is that both the process and the result feel good to you. Establishing a solid process means you have organizing skills you can utilize in the future as your needs and spaces change. And you have a trusted professional who would LOVE to come back to help you with more projects!

Whether you need organizing via video call, phone call, email or an onsite session, I look forward to being your resource. And Again, remember that there is nothing to be embarrassed about!

We can do it ALL for you, too!
While virtual visits are all the rage right now, we have resumed booking onsite organizing sessions as well, utilizing #HealthyatWork guidelines. We are conveniently located in Louisville, Kentucky and our local service area is within a 30-mile radius.

If you would like us to come to your home outside of that radius, we will do so with an added travel fee that is determined by how far we have to travel. We do regional road trips and will resume air travel for desinations around the country as soon as pandemic precautions deem that appropriate.

Don’t be embarrassed – give us a call!

All in all, I can’t stress enough how much I admire and respect my clients. It takes a lot of work to muster up the courage to make that first call or send that first email. I promise to make the entire process as collaborative, efficient and pleasant as possible so we can help you, your family and your business reach your goals!

Whether you’re near or far, let’s get you organized. Connect with me via pinkyjackson.com. I have free instructional guides and videos on my website to help you learn about organizing, me, and my services. As always, take good care. Stay safe and stay healthy!
